Our Approach

We know that your journey with your anxiety may have been difficult, but we are so excited that you have found our center. The good news is that anxiety and OC spectrum disorders are highly treatable when met with the right scientific solutions. Here you will find that we are experts in our field and are equipped with the best in behavioral treatments. For anxiety disorders the most effective treatments utilize exposure, and that is why it forms the foundation of our anxiety program. Exposure is critical because it targets the very neurobiological processes that maintain the problem. Our clinicians are ready to collaborate with you and your child and confidently guide your child in facing their fear, challenging their thoughts, and developing greater resilience. We often find that although anxiety feels despairing in the moment, recovery can be a life changing  experience.  Coming to The Anxiety Center, you can be sure that your child will receive compassionate care as we walk with your child through difficult emotions and teach them strategies that will inspire hope and minimize the chance of reoccurrence in the future.
